Ingredients
- 8 parts bourbon whiskey
- 2 parts lemon
- 2 parts egg white
- 1-2 parts simple syrup
- 3-5 ice cubes
- 1 sugared cherry, e.g. maraschino cherry
Procedure
- Mix all ingredients in cocktail shaker, including 1-2 ice cubes
- Shake well
- Add ice cubes to serving glass and pour drink on top
- Add sugared cherry (and a bit of the syrup it is in)
- Enjoy
