Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 5 parts bourbon whiskey
• 1 part simple syrup
• 2 dashes of Angostura
• 1 orange peel
• 3-4 ice cubes

Notes

• Bulleit Bourbon and Buffalo Trace are excellent for this drink

Procedure

1. Mix all ingredients in short and wide glass
2. Stir
3. Twist lemon peel over the rim of the glass
4. Enjoy
