Ingredients
- 5 parts Amaretto
- 2 parts bourbon whiskey
- 3 parts lemon juice
- 2 parts egg white
- 1 part simple syrup
- 3-6 large ice cubes
- 1-2 sugared cherries for serving, e.g. maraschino cherry
Procedure
- Mix all liquids in cocktail shaker, including 1-3 ice cubes
- Shake well
- Add ice cubes to serving glass and pour drink on top
- Add sugared cherry (and a bit of the syrup it is in)
- Enjoy
